Shipping policy

At thyroidndt.com we are dedicated to shipping orders as fast as we can. Please make sure that your provided shipping address is correct. Otherwise, your package may arrive at the wrong address or may get lost.

The usual estimated time of delivery takes between 12-25 days. In rare cases they may take up to 30 days. Please contact us for any concerns and we are always here to help.

Dispatch of orders is within 3-5 business days after confirmed payment.

Reshipping Policy

If your order was undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address, or if you didn’t receive your package, we offer reshipping options under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Reshipping

   • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
   • If the item is returned due to an error on our part, reshipping will be free of charge. 

     • Address Confirmation

       • Before reshipping an order, we will confirm the correct shipping address with you. Any changes or corrections to the address will be made at this time, and reshipping fees may apply if the error was caused by the customer.

     • Shipping Fees

       • If the reshipping is due to the customer’s error (e.g., wrong address or unclaimed package), the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping cost. We will provide a payment link for the new shipping charges.
       • If the reshipping is due to our error, we will cover all costs of reshipping.

     • Time Frame for Reshipping

       • Once the reshipping address is confirmed and any applicable fees are paid, we will ship the package within 3 business days.
