Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours after the order is paid.

To cancel an order, please contact us at thyroidvitaminsph@gmail.com with your order number and request the cancellation.

Cancellation fees may apply.

Return and Refund

If a product is seized and destroyed by your customs office, we will NOT be responsible for any losses, the product, or shipping refunds.

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date your order is delivered to your address. If more than 10 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If Customs returns the package to us, we will make a refund after we have received the package back.

We will deduct the shipping charge costs from the total payment we received.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
